An opportunity exists for a highly motivated professional to join the Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) Team within the growing Organization.

The RFO team is responsible for managing online orders in Pacific. Drive for efficiency and on time delivery to customers.

Key Qualifications

Exceptional data analysis skills, including the ability to understand and synthesize trends in large quantities of data from a variety of sources with clear documentation, and present it effectively
Experience in carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, development of processes that drive Operational efficiency
Exceptional communication Skill, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
Proactive, high-energy contributor who can equally traverse independent work and teamwork
Adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
Ability to handle ambiguity and create structure
Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment
Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
5 years of experience in Retail, Operations, Sales Operations or analytics-based professional services roles.


· The position is the primary operations interface to cross functional team to drive operation excellence. The main objective is to lead the processes & people development needed to most effectively and efficiently drive flawless order execution to the customers’ commit. Working with the cross functional team to ensure control system across the department and check points built.
· The role is an opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilise his or her business acumen and analytic skills to deliver creative, value-added solutions to the Operations team at Apple. Identify and facilitate process improvements to drive efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction. · A successful Candidate is a natural facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management with strong analytical and Excel skills; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence; and displays grace under fire. · Be the point of escalation regarding all monitoring, reporting and communication of operational issues. To anticipates needs/problems and finds creative solutions to reduce negative impacts on business. · Identify opportunities to improve the process of order fulfilment in the Direct channel. Work with cross functional team to develop relationships and collaboration that supports the seamless order fulfillment in Direct channel Education

Degree in Business Studies, Materials/Supply Chain Management. Additional Requirements

·Degree in Business Studies, Materials/Supply Chain Management.

·At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

·Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking

·Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing, dynamic environment

·Able to work independently and work with regional and global team to deliver results

·Able to communicate well and work effectively across functions (Sales & Marketing, Call Centre, Supply & Demand, Finance & Logistic) and at all levels as well as virtual team.

·Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong business acumen and customer satisfaction focus.

·Experience in working in SAP SD/MM and Excel is preferred.
